Because wigs are personal-use products, we can only accept returns if:
- The wig is unworn.
- The lace has not been cut.
- The wig has not been washed, styled, or altered.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
